New System!
There will be a queue system in place this time around.
What this means is that when the demand on the servers gets large, everyone will be shunted to a queue. This queue, at the time of 9pm AEST, will be randomized into a set order. From 9pm, anyone who hits refresh or who comes onto the system after randomization has occurred, will MOVE TO THE BACK OF THE QUEUE.
While on the queue, do not hit refresh, the system will update your place in the queue and you will be able to see the numbers remaining of the different ticket types. When you reach the front of the queue, you will be allowed onto the iVvy site where you will be able to select your ticket type. For instructions on this process, please see the Registration Process Information.
Please note – as there will be a large number of people on the iVvy site at any one time, please REGISTER IMMEDIATELY so as not to miss out – this is essential, if you are not quick, you may still miss out on a spot. Once you have entered your email, selected your ticket type and hit submit, you will proceed to the next page and your spot is confirmed – relax and enter your personal information. The queue will be in place for the waitlist as well until the time when the load on the server has reduced enough that the iVvy site can handle everyone trying to register.
Note: The time that you reach the registration page, provided it is before 9pm AEST, has no bearing in where you will be placed on the queue.
